She's THREE!

I can't believe our little Natalie is three. I was trying to tell her all the details of the day she was born this morning. I can still remember it like yesterday! We had a successful party for brunch today -- which was threatened by the 19+ inches of snow that came in yesterday. Almost everyone still made it, and she loved every minute of the attention.

Thanks to advice once again from Melissa Kocina, Natalie's cake turned out great. Next year, she told me she wants a zebra, so I'll have to start brainstorming that one now! =)




Thanks to everyone who came. Thanks for making the trip on the yucky roads. Natalie was thrilled to see everyone. It was fun to hang out for a while, and even Henry was tuckered out by the end.

Let it snow!

I have not been a fan of snow since I was little. Being a grown up who doesn't like skiing or snowboarding, snow is just a hassle. But now that Natalie's old enough to think playing in the snow is fun, I am loving the mid-November dumping we're getting. She made a snowman with daddy this morning and after nap time, we plan on heading back out to litter our backyard with snow angels. Stay safe people!
